Chef Peter Vossenberg

Chef Peter | The Pinnacle Club

Chef Peter Vossenberg is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a 40+ year veteran of the foodservice industry.  His career has taken him quite literally around the world, working in restaurants and hotels, but also in nontraditional places like Navy ships and aircraft carriers, Antarctic research stations, private yachts, cruise ships, theme parks and offshore oil rigs.  Peter has climbed the ladder of success in both the Front and Back of the House holding every position from busboy to General Manager, from dishwasher to Executive Chef. 

Drawing on his vast experience, Peter has also trained future generations as a Culinary Arts Instructor and was the 2018 recipient of the American Culinary Federation’s Chef Educator of the Year award for the Southeast region.  Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Education along with his degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.  He holds several ACF certifications including CEC, CCE, CCA and is also a member of the American Academy of Chefs.
